ACTIVEPREGNANCY
Promoting an active and healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. Impact on maternal health and fitness.
The project “Promotion of an Active and Healthy Lifestyle During Pregnancy: Impact on Maternal Health and Physical Fitness” aims to promote and evaluate the benefits of light to moderate physical activity and a healthy
lifestyle in pregnant women without contraindications. Maintaining an appropriate physical routine during pregnancy provides various benefits for both the woman’s health and fetal development.
This project proposes the implementation of a multicenter intervention through the GRAVIDEZ ATIVA program to assess the effects of different approaches—virtual and in-person—on physical activity, physical fitness, and maternal health parameters.
