The sixth session of the Academic Forum, an initiative of the Research Center of the Local Health Unit of the Region of Leiria (ULS RL), took place on March 19, in the auditorium of Hospital Santo André, to present two projects of ciTechCare researchers and physicians from ULS RL.

Alexandre Antunes, Cardiologist, spoke about his research project ‘Exercise prescription in cardiac rehabilitation mediated by autonomic function’ and Bruno Cabrita, pulmonologist, presented his work entitled ‘Respiratory telerehabilitation in COPD patients: Project COPD Leaders’.

Researchers João Morais and Joana Cruz made a brief discussion of the projects presented.
