To perform scientific projects in different areas of work, ciTechCare displays several laboratories dedicated to research in microbiology, exercise testing, acquisition and the processing of biomedical signals, assessment and advice of products for people with disabilities, to simulate emergency healthcare and to assess physical activity.

Dedicated to research, training and serving the community, through assessment and advice on assistive products, as well as differentiated therapeutic interventions using technology.

The laboratory’s equipment is adapted for people with cognitive-motor limitations and visual impairment.

Oriented either to the acquisition or the processing of biomedical signals: electrocardiogram, electroencephalogram, electromyogram, blood pressure, pulse transit time, ultrasound and doppler imaging.

The laboratory is dedicated to perform cardiopulmonary exercise tests, to better understand the cardiac, pulmonary and also metabolic function.
