The second version of Veggies4MyHeart has just been released on Play Store and will soon be launched on the App Store. This serious game for health promotion is targeted at pre-school children and aims to promote knowledge about vegetables and encourage them to eat more vegetables from an early age.

This digital game is mentored by a team of health experts led by nutritionist Cátia Pontes, who is a researcher at ciTechCare and lecturer at School of Health Sciences, Polytechnic of Leiria, and was designed by a vast team of students at the Polytechnic of Leiria, with the support of the research centers ciTechCare and CIIC. The game has already been tested in schools and its effectiveness has been proven.
