CV Synopsis
Rui Jorge, born in Santarém, Portugal, in June 1986, began his professional career as a nutritionist (RD) in 2009, working mainly in the clinical and fitness settings. He holds a Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences and a Master’s and PhD in Clinical Nutrition. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at ESSLei, School of Health Sciences, University of Leiria and Oeste, Leiria, Portugal and a researcher at ciTechCare.
