Habilitation in Physiotherapy. Pos-Doc in Motor Behaviour and PhD in Physiotherapy. Graduated in Medicine and Physiotherapy. Full Professor at the School of Health Sciences of Leiria Polytechnic University, Portugal where she directs physiotherapy Bachelor and Master. Research interests in neuromuscular function, movement analysis, biomechanics and motor control of human movements, sports injuries, injury prevention and health promotion. Supervisor of PhD and Master students and international researchers incoming. Guest editor and reviewer in several Journals.
