CV Synopsis
Habilitation in Physiotherapy. Pos-Doc in Motor Behaviour and PhD in Physiotherapy. Graduated in Medicine and Physiotherapy. Full Professor at the School of Health Sciences of the University of Leiria and Oeste, Portugal, where she directs the physiotherapy Bachelor’s and Master’s. Research interests in neuromuscular function, movement analysis, biomechanics and motor control of human movements, sports injuries, injury prevention and health promotion. Supervisor of PhD and Master students and incoming international researchers. Guest editor and reviewer in several Journals.
