ciTechCare researcher Joana Cruz was in international mobility at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), where she promoted a graduate course in Physiotherapy on emerging technologies in physical activity monitoring, and participated in the public doctoral exam of the student Naiara Leonardi, as a member of the orientation team.

Over two weeks, the researcher got to know the various projects taking place in the laboratories of the Departments of Physiotherapy and Gerontology of the University, and visited the Health-School Unit and the UFSCar.

Joana Cruz also had the opportunity to meet the Hospitals of the Clinics of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo and address a presentation on Respiratory Rehabilitation – evidence, challenges and opportunities, to Hospital staff of the various Clinics of the Faculty (physicians, physiotherapists) and other professionals or esearchers with interest in the area.
