PhD in Nursing, specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing and Rehabilitation Nursing. Is an adjunct professor; nursing graduation coordinator and the postgraduate course in critically ill ventilation, at the Portuguese Red Cross Health School – Lisbon. Author of several articles in specialized journals and of several communications in national and international scientific events.
