CV Synopsis
Eduardo Ramadas da Silva, PhD, is a Clinical Psychologist, Founder and CEO of VillaRamadas, and creator of the Change & Grow® therapeutic model. He holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Coimbra, where his doctoral research focused on the effectiveness of mindfulness training for relapse prevention in individuals with substance use disorders. With more than 30 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment and recovery, his research focuses on substance use disorders, relapse prevention, mindfulness-based interventions, recovery-oriented care, and technology-supported approaches to mental health and addiction treatment.
