Based on a regional need, this interdisciplinary, collaborative, multiregional, and research-based practice project involves students, teachers and stakeholders. Its main goal is to develop a self-care training model for caregivers and dependent people and train health professionals to use it.

The self-care model will include a manual to support the caregiver (paper, audio and digital format) with accessible texts and images, digital platforms (website and app) and a manual (script) with the self-care training model to be used by the health professionals.

Also, Help2Care enables working in a network and taking advantage of synergies among regional partners.
