CV Synopsis
Raquel Mafra Oliveira is graduated in Dietetics since 2003 and master in Clinical Nutrition since 2011. Since 2007, she has worked at the Centro Hospitalar de Leiria, where she is responsible for the implementation of nutritional risk screening and for assessing the nutritional status of inpatients. She is member of the study group on malnutrition of the Portuguese Association of Enteric and Parenteral Nutrition. She is an Invited Assistant Professor of the Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.
