CV Synopsis
Raquel Mafra Oliveira graduated in Dietetics in 2003 and obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition in 2011. Since 2007, she has worked at the Local Health Unit of the Leiria Region, where her clinical practice focuses on hospital nutrition, nutritional risk screening, nutritional assessment, and type 1 diabetes, particularly in children and adolescents. She is currently undertaking doctoral research in paediatric type 1 diabetes. She is an Invited Assistant Professor on the BSc in Dietetics and Nutrition. She has also been invited to speak at several scientific conferences in the fields of clinical nutrition and diabetes.”
