CV Synopsis
Rui Jorge, born in Santarém, Portugal in June 1986 and began his professional career as a nutritionist (RD) in 2009, working mainly in the clinical and fitness settings. He holds Bachelors in Nutritional Sciences and Masters and PhD in Clinical Nutrition. Currently he is an Adjunct Professor at ESSLei, School of Health Sciences, Polytechnic of Leiria, Leiria, Portugal and a researcher at the ciTechCare.
