On october 25, ciTechCare received the visit of Alfonso Benitez Paez, principal investigator at The Laboratory for Host-Microbe Interactions in Metabolic Health, in the Principe Felipe Research Centre (Valencia, Spain) to share advanced methods of identifying complex microbial communities for clinical application, together with Ana Roque, PhD fellow at ciTechCare. The guest of this session holds a PhD in Molecular Biology specialised in microbiota analyses from the environment – and human-derived samples, and he has also advanced expertise in biocomputing sciences.
