SafeTrack closing session gathers researchers and healthcare professionals at Leiria Hospital Center

The closing session of the SafeTrack Project happened, on June 29, in the auditorium of Leiria Hospital Center. The project started in 2021 and aimed to engage healthcare professionals and patients representatives in the development of a new monitoring system of patients in the context of the Hospital Emergency Service (HES), in order to support healthcare professionals in the early detection of clinical deterioration of several occurrences.
