RUN-EU’s short advanced programmes bring together researchers to develop proposals for collaborative projects

The University of Győr – Széchenyi István University gathered researchers and students from all RUN.EU – European University institutions, from April 24th to 28th, that participated in three short courses in the areas of Green, Digital and Socioeconomic Transition in the European Union, whose aim was to develop proposals for innovative and collaborative research projects focused on the priority areas of each course. ciTechCare was represented in the three Short Advanced Programmes (SAP), with the participation of doctoral researchers Marisa Gaspar and Rafael Fernandes Pinheiro and research fellows Sara Pimenta, Flávio Costa and Marlene Lages. ciTechCare researchers were present at the first face-to-face meeting of the Oral Health International Project

From 19 to 21 of April, the University of Lisbon hosted the first face-to-face meeting of the “Oral Health Cooperation Partnership”. Members of ciTechCare gathered to celebrate the World Day for Physical Activity

Last 6th of april, was the World Day of Physical Activity, a day to remember the importance of a regular practice of physical activity, as it is proven to help reduce mortality for all causes and for cardiovascular disease, helps prevent hypertension, some types of cancer and diabetes type 2. Maria Guarino was re-elected for the coordination of ciTechCare

On the 29th of march, Maria Guarino renewed her mandate as director of the Center for Innovative Care and Health Technology of the Polytechnic of Leiria, for the three-year period 2023-2026.
